Fix Coffee: Ryan

Fix Coffeebar, located right on Westheimer, is a shop in the corner pocket of Montrose. Although a newer location, the shop proudly carries Java Pura Coffee, one of the first micro roasters in Houston.

Ryan, the barista at the bar, had been with the shop for about 5 months now. He mentioned his favorite drink to make was a hot matcha latte due to the color contrast.

While pouring a Kenyan nitro cold brew to taste, Ryan brought up why he enjoyed working at Fix Coffee. The attention to detail, the like minded coworkers, and the support he received from the owners really made Fix Coffee a shop worth investing his time in. He enjoys the craft of coffee being in a shop that gives him that comfort made a definate impression on him.
